You may use Babylon only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. The service is intended to help users organize personal finances, record information, and receive AI-assisted guidance for informational purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the service in a lawful and responsible manner and to review AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
Babylon does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any insights, summaries, estimates, or suggestions generated through the service are for general informational purposes only.
You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax, or investment decisions.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Some features of Babylon may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase through the applicable platform or payment provider.
If you purchase through a mobile app store, billing and refunds may be governed by that store's terms in addition to these Terms.
For users who download Babylon from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available before the termination date.
Babylon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rony Puche and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Babylon.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, pricing, availability, or technical requirements.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
