How to Request Deletion

Send an email to rony171998@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Babylon account.

• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
• Include your account email and any details needed to help us identify the account.
• If needed, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before completing the request.

What Happens Next

After verification, we will process your request within a reasonable period and delete or anonymize eligible account data associated with your profile.

You may lose access to subscription status, app history, saved entries, and other content tied to the deleted account.

We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, detect abuse, maintain security, or keep required financial and transactional records.
